The hotel’s location is convenient, but the facilities are average and outdated. the room was spacious but the furniture was old. Room service was decent but not exceptional. Breakfast options were limited, but still acceptable. the gym and pool weren't great. Despite this, there were new hotels being built not far away, which makes for a more competitive environment.
The safety deposit box wasn't reliable, and there were issues with the tap water being dirty.

This hotel provided an exquisite experience with its luxurious and exclusive amenities including a Spa and wellness centre with a steam room, full body massage, and head massage. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace also offered a perfect spot for relaxation. the elegant restaurant served delicious halal food and special diet menus that were flawlessly prepared, and in-room breakfast was a delightful experience.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location, which required additional transportation to explore other areas. Nonetheless, the leisure/TV room and garden area offered a tranquil environment that was ideal for spending quality time.

The rooms were quite spacious and offered a nice view. There were two amenities I really appreciated: the on-site restaurant served delicious food and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was also convenient.
There were some major downsides to this hotel. The building was in dire need of an update and some rooms were in shambles.

The slow check-in process and service in general. the room was outdated and overpriced, not to mention the slow internet.

Stayed in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, offering two free bottles of water daily and a complimentary breakfast. The hotel's rooftop bar provided stunning views of the sunset over the city.
The quality of the amenities was below average and the rooms were not well-maintained. The bathrooms were not clean and the water pressure was weak.
